2. Customized Products
All our products are custom-made according to the exact specifications provided by the customer (measurements, color, control type, mounting, fabric, etc.). Due to their personalized nature, these products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that measurements are taken accurately before placing an order. Shades Factory is not responsible for incorrect dimensions provided by the customer. Any remanufacture due to measurement errors will incur additional charges.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States, except for products exceeding 90 inches in width or 140 pounds in weight. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. For deliveries outside these areas or international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote.
5. Installation and Assembly
Installation instructions are available on our website and are included in the product packaging. Professional installation services are available at an additional cost and are only offered within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with certain restrictions due to technical, access, or mobility limitations.
6. Technical Support / Reinstallation
Customers may request removal or reinstallation services for an additional fee, only if located within Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. On-site technical support is not provided outside these areas.
7. Child Safety
We recommend motorized systems in homes with children or pets. Corded products include safety tags and should always be installed out of reach of children.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shades Factory is not responsible for indirect losses, incidental damages, consequential damages, or economic harm resulting from misuse, installation errors, maintenance failures, or mishandling by the client or third parties. Shades Factory is also not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or any other direct or indirect harm resulting from the use, installation, or mounting of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure professional installation according to the provided instructions. The use of our products implies the customer’s express acceptance of these liability limitations.
